About Me

So here is the deal. I like food a lot more than the average teenager actually. My life revolves around the genre of Culinary Arts. There is not a minute that goes by that I am not thinking about the subject.
On the average weekday I go to a vo-tech school where I am in the culinary arts program. There, classmates and I make a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, and pizza. We also run a restaurant in which we serve French, Italian and other types of cuisines.

Unfortunately since the skiing season has ended, my job at a local restaurant has come to a halt do to the fact that no one no one ever come to Vermont except to ski. But on the other hand I was recommended by my vo-tech teacher to work for a man named Peter Wallace, who is the executive chef at the Westmoor club (http://www.thewestmoorclub.com/), in Nantucket, Massachusetts. This summer I will be working in Nantucket during my whole summer vacation.

So that is all that I really do. I know that sounds lame but, O well.

Threw this blog, I will write all about my adventures in the world of food.
